To call Lise Timmer a whirlwind would be to leave nature gasping for a response. Instead, let's consider her as a perfectionist who brings the same levels of passion and attention to detail to her many roles. Can we name them all? To begin with, she's a cook, a recipe creator, an authoress, a food writer, a critic and judge, a consultant, an event organiser and, not least, a mother. Lise's drive forces her to excel and to achieve in ever expanding fields. She is down to earth, grounded in a circle of friends and community that offers a fine counterpoint to her global travels in search of fine dining, master chef interactions and, most of all, making connections of value between the people she meets.

A lot of people ask me..’Why this name for your company ?’ Because I love this dessert, the simplicity of the recipe, I love the typical French pronunciation of this word, I love the image (or dream!) that I have when I make it..makes me think of the stories of Guy de Maupassant and Emile Zola; one big table with simple, good food and good friends.
Subject of the conversation besides food? Well..everybody has his own dream. Chase yours, respect and accept others and you will realize it. My company is quite the same..I love my work, I love simplicity, I love France, I love creating and realizing a dream for-and with people, but most of all….I love life (“because what else is there”: Anthony Hopkins). Chefs agency : For many chefs, their restaurant is the primary source of pressure and leads to them feeling stressed.
