Clafoutis is working since 8 years with renowned international two and three Michelin stars chefs from all over the world.
One of our clients is the hotel group Sofitel for whom we created the gastronomic event Stars, Food & Art in 2007.
On each event twelve chefs gather together the last years in Vienna, Munich, Amsterdam, Marseille and Lyon to cook each their famous signature dishes during two gala dinners.
We provide international chefs for culinary festivals as ‘le festival de Mougins’ which takes place every year in September.
